Anxiety can be controlled with the proper help. Stress and anxiety are both normal parts of life and are both normal feelings experienced by everyone. In little and manageable amounts these could add up to one's capacity for production. It could give you the motivation, for example, to review for the oncoming major exam or to prepare yourself for the job interview. OR, it could give you the extra spark to help you get out of any situation, in a way surviving an experience. However, too much stress and anxiety could be very disruptive, giving you feelings fear and dread with no apparent reasons.

Anxiety can be controlled with the proper help. To a person with social anxiety, going through daily public affairs is a torture. He knows that if someone initiates a talk with him in public, his voice and his hesitation would give away his fears. Going through job interviews could also be excessively painful because you know that one single wrong answer, caused by his irrational sensations of anxiety, would cause him his failure. He knows that he'll spoil his chance to get the right job or to ask for a date, the minute he opens his mouth to speak. He knows that he would simply fail. The more he thinks about it, the more he becomes convinced that he is a "total loser". He practices utter negativism.

Anxiety can be controlled with the proper help. The normal reaction of the human body to stress is anxiety, sometimes even panic. However, this is only a productive mechanism to a certain ideal amount. It can help a person cope with certain circumstance with utmost efficiency and it could help someone adjust to certain experiences. However, once anxiety goes beyond the limit of normalcy, then it is possible that the body is already experiencing signs of abnormal anxiety levels which often result to anxiety attacks.

We find in human civilizations that no one likes to be stereotyped, each individual would like to be considered an individual that is meaningful and worthy. Still the individuals do self classify themselves based on their ideals and nurturing. Thus, some stereotyping is brought on by the individual's behavior, attitude and purposeful presentation. So, let me give you an example of problems with stereotyping and lets talk about me, since I know me and can use me as an example to explain this to you.
