Veganism is more than the practice of being a vegetarian. It includes a concern for animal rights. We inherited predator-prey practices, but can improve.

An inspirational devotional on how God's love is a consuming fire for us. Living in San Diego, and having survived the second round of fires from four years ago it was an amazing experience to go through it again last week. We were fortunate to not be affected by the fires but there were many that were.

Why do some people become so very angry when you refer to the Bible? When I used to speak with a leading educationalists who was a close friend, he would become furious when Creation arose. Then, I was told that I was not challenging his science, but his sin. What a profound insight.

Our desire to partake in God's spiritual assignments is good, but let's take heed that we don't esteem ourselves higher than God Himself esteems us. As we embrace whatever spiritual assets we possess naturally, we'll find that they amount to... not much. Our spiritual helplessness is obvious enough, we might even talk about this sometimes, but it's still difficult for us to actively accept because we want to be experts in our own right.

My great grandfather used to say that, in business, if two partners agree on everything, one of them is not necessary. That's a useful image to keep in mind when it comes to praying. Prayer changes what is possible to God. Let's take a look a look at the top ten reasons prayer does not work. Is God waiting on us?

When it comes to your prosperity, you are the only one who can define it. You decide what you want in your life. Don't pay attention to those who judge you. It is none of their business!

Do you suspect religious faith has no real meaning? Do you have questions about prayer you don't dare to ask at your church? Have you just about given up on praying because you don't believe God works that way? If you are not sure you believe in God any more, that's okay. There's more to prayer than you may have ever suspected.

What is it with mainstream Christians and their catch phrases or jargon expressions which have no Spiritual or Biblical substance? Do they have a little back room somewhere where people spend hours conjuring up their hip words in order to sound cool to an unbelieving world or age? I ask these questions because the word Rapture is such a word. Non-believers are often curious when they hear this word used, but it is only passing curiosity, because once explained they are only going to get all defensive about their lost condition and end up despising the person who has attempted to explain it to them. They would not be able to understand it anyway, so what's it all about? You know what you have to do to find out and learn The Truth about one of mainstream Christianity's biggest errors.

Russia will invade Israel at a time when war is not expected. Students of Bible prophecy have long expected a Russian military move in the Middle East. Early in the 20th century, Dr. Ironside wrote:In the last days, the final head of the Russian people will look with covetous eyes upon the great developments in the land of Palestine.

Lets say major stress enters your life -like a doctor telling you that you need an operation. She has found a lump and it needs to be removed. So you leave the office and start driving home to share the news. And the whole drive is full of worry. You are drinking from the cup of anxiety. As you sip on your fear you can share your cup with your spouse and family in 2 ways. You have 2 distinct cups you can share.

We all wonder what it is to have real faith at times. Or perhaps, we think we are trusting our faith, that God, or our higher power is going to do this or that for us. How often though, honestly, have we just stopped in our tracks and knew beyond a shadow of doubt that this is it! This is our prayers being answered and everything is in perfect relation to all things in this very moment?

Another thing honoring God with our finances has birth in me is confidence before God (1John 3:21-22). The logic is this: Having given all that I may have unto Him, I now possess great confidence to ask Him to meet my needs.
